Capabilities
The non-ferrous package your steel
fabricator won't self-perform
AWS D1.1 · D1.2 · D1.6
Six capabilities,
one material family.
Aluminum, stainless and bronze are the whole scope here, not a sideline. Each one welds differently, moves differently under heat, and is finished by a completely different process — which is exactly why structural steel fabricators and general contractors hand these packages to us rather than running them through their own shops.
What we do
Glass Rail & Guardrail
Base shoe and frame-captured glass infill in stainless and aluminum. Three different relationships to the glass, because who owns the dimension decides who eats the mistake.
Stainless Guardrail & Handrail
304 and 316, fully TIG welded, finished to a continuous #4 brushed satin grain. Stainless is a finish trade that happens to involve welding.
Aluminum Rail at Volume
Industrial guardrail, stairs, platforms and embeds. Clear anodized, AWS D1.2, crated so every piece is right when the crate opens 800 miles away.
Ornamental & Decorative Metal
Architectural bronze, stainless and aluminum. Hand-applied patina, cut plate, layered laser-cut, machined relief, machined and turned components, window frames and transoms.
Field Install & Repair
Self-performed installation, field splicing, in-place finishing and remediation. Crane picks, lifts, ladders and occupied lobbies.
Materials & Finishes
What we run, and what each finish will not forgive. Clear anodize, 70% PVDF, #4 satin, hand-applied patina, automotive-grade paint.
Not sure which one your package is?
Most of them cross over. Send the drawings and the spec section and we will tell you what we would self-perform, what we would source, and what we would not bid.
