Who We
Work With

The non-ferrous package your steel
fabricator won't self-perform
Second tier, first tier, or direct

We are usually the second call,
and that is by design.

Aluminum, stainless and bronze are the whole scope here. That means we are rarely the first name on a project and almost always the right one for a specific part of it. Here is what each kind of customer actually gets.

Structural steel fabricators

You can weld anything. What a steel shop is usually not tooled, staffed or finished for is making a weld disappear on a metal that is its own final surface. That is the entire reason this shop exists.

We take the non-ferrous scope off your package without taking the relationship. Our first commercial contract arrived exactly this way, and the same fabricator who watched us carry a 2,780-foot water plant sent us the 4,530-foot one after it.

We work comfortably as a second-tier sub: your contract, your schedule, your submittals, our metal.

General contractors

What you need from an ornamental sub is for the scope to stop being a risk. That means submittals that come back right, a crate that opens correctly, and a rail that passes inspection the first time.

We are licensed in five states, carry an EMR of 0.85 with no recordable cases this year, run a documented quality management system, and verify every assembly against the model before it ships. The prequal material is all on one page.

We will also tell you plainly when a scope is not ours. That is worth more to you than a shop that bids everything.

Architects and designers

The questions worth asking us are the ones that are cheap at drawing stage and expensive afterward. Can this pattern be cut, layered or machined? Will this finish hide a splice? Where does the seam have to land?

Materials & Finishes is written for exactly that conversation, including what each finish will not forgive. Surface finish samples are available in a variety of materials and finishes.

If your spec carries a mock-up or approved-sample clause, say so early. That is a clause we price to rather than around — a physical approved sample is a better definition of finish quality than any paragraph.

Which one are you?

Send drawings, the spec section and a bid date, and tell us where you sit in the chain. It changes what we need from you and what you get back.
