1. Click the "Take the First Step" Button below to take a Personality Test.
1. When all prior steps have been completed, send an email to recruiting@arnoldquality.com using the following format:
- Email Subject: My name is (Your Name here) and I'm a Winner.
- Email Body: 1 paragraph of why you should be accepted into our recruitment process, and your desired Position in our Organization.
- Email Attachments: All Items Compiled in Step 1 and results from Personality Test.
Failure to Follow any of the steps above will result in Automatic disqualification.
